If you visit our Taproom you’ll find lots of options. We know you want to try new stuff (so do we) so we’re always experimenting and keep our menu stocked with a range of styles. We release new beers on Fridays and we do regular keg treatments early in the week where we dose our beers with different ingredients in very small batches. That said, we will always have favorites Cosmico IPA and Prosim Pils available no matter what.
Don’t like beer? That’s ok, we place a lot of attention on our wine list too. It’s not an afterthought for us like it can be at many places. We generally lean toward small producers with rare offerings that don’t cost a squillion bucks a bottle. Beer and Wine appreciation need not be mutually exclusive!
Growlers We do not fill our own or growlers from other breweries. Sorry. We love you and it’s not personal. We simply prefer to sell our beer in a vessel that we believe optimizes freshness – the 32 oz. “crowler” can. This allows us to provide you with a clean container that is sterile, purged of oxygen, filled and seamed with an aluminum end “pop top”. You’ll thank us later.
