Another beer from our flagship series, available in the taproom on draft and in a can, Moder is lagered for six weeks and boasts complex notes of caramel and toffee with a hint of biscuit, pretzel and raisin. Medium malt sweetness, balanced with a clean, crisp bitterness from German Magnum, and Czech Saaz.

Pours brilliant gold with a pillowy bright white head. Pilsner malt on the nose and noble hop aromatics are complemented by a touch of hop imparted orange zest. Complex yet clean character malt flavors of Vienna and Honey meld seamlessly with notes of citrus and herbal spice to deliver an exceptional drinking experience. Dune Garden finishes refreshingly dry, with a balanced malt & hop impression.

Celebrating American Craft Beer Week, today we're featuring one of our flagship beers: Prosim Czech / Bohemian Pilsner

Created by Mocama Beer Company from a place of genuine hospitality found among the dunes, trees and waters of the south. Our Prosim pilsner is our ‘pleases’, ‘thank you’s’ and ‘you’re welcomes’ to all who drink this beer. Shared with stories across dinner tables and pool tables alike, we crafted a beer to be enjoyed on the beaches, boats and porches with our friends. Its creation was our quest to find a style from the annals of classic beer and let our brewer bring an interpretation fitting to where we are now.
