Mocama Market is a monthly farmers and arts market held in our indoor and outdoor spaces, one Sunday each month. We feature a vibrant mix of local vendors offering everything from fresh produce, meats, eggs, and bread to handmade soaps, clothing, art, and more. Grab a coffee, bring your favorite tote, and come support your local community — we can’t wait to see you there!

Mocama Market Vendors: How to Secure Your Spot Each Month

To keep things organized and fair, here’s a step-by-step guide to our monthly vendor application process:

  1. Application Opens on the 1st of Each Month: We’ll send an email announcing that applications are open. This email will include a direct link to the application page on our website. Once you apply, your email will be automatically added to our vendor list for updates and details on all upcoming markets.
  2. Submit Your Application: Complete the vendor application form to request participation in that month’s market. We offer two application forms: one for our standard outdoor space and one for our premium indoor space. Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  3. Acceptance Email: If you’re selected, our Events Manager will follow up with a confirmation email containing your invitation to join, a payment link, and next steps. Please note: While we do our best to accommodate all applicants, space is limited, and placement is not guaranteed.
  4. Finalize Your Spot with Payment: Once you’ve received the acceptance email, you’ll need to submit your vendor fee to officially secure your spot. All payments must be made online through the link below.We do not accept cash or checks.
  5. Confirmation & Market Details: After we receive your payment, we’ll send you the final market details including your booth placement and setup instructions.

 

Standard Outdoor Vendor Application
This is the application form for our standard outdoor vendor spaces. Outdoor spots are $25 and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. While we do our best to accommodate all applicants, space is limited and placement is not guaranteed.

Premium Indoor Vendor Application
This is the application form for our new premium indoor vendor spaces. Indoor spots are $40 and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. While we’ll do our best to honor your preference, placement is not guaranteed, and you may still be placed in an outdoor spot depending on availability. Please be sure you’re comfortable with either option before submitting your application.
